Personal:  Married to Wanda for 26 years, and have lived in Myrtle Trace since 1994.

Education:  BBA, Accounting, Manhattan College, N.Y.

Employment:  Citibank N.A. for 35 years serving in Auditing, Treasury, Budget Analysis and finally as Financial Controller in France with the title of Vice President.

Vice-President/Secretary, Les Bunch

Personal: My wife of 44 years, Karen, a high school math teacher, retired in 2000, then I did in 2001. We were raised in Ohio, and lived in New York State before moving to New Hampshire 33 years ago. We are licensed pilots, coastal cruising sailors, and tennis nuts.

Education: Engineeing degree with a minor in management, and post grad management training.

Experience: Founded and owned Graphicast, Inc., a small technical manufacturer. Founded with others, a non-profit Self-insurance Business Trust, and was president of it for 3 years.

Treasurer, Nancy Johnson

Personal: Married to Todd for 44 years. Lived in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsyvania, Texas, and London (UK). We have two kids and two grandchildren, all living in New York. We moved to Myrtle Trace in 2009.

Education: BBA, MBA in Accounting, University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.

Certification: CPA

Career: 20 years teaching accounting, University of Houston, University of Colorado at Denver, Southern Connecticut State University, and Sacred Heart University (in Connecticut).

20 years working at various CPA firms, usually in the tax departments.

Director At Large, Jim Burgess

Experience: Since 2006 self-employed Project Management Consultant (JEGBCO). 1977-2006 Vice-President Project Controls - Industrial and Aluminum Divisions of SNC-LAVALIN INC.,

Directorships: 2009-2011 Member of the Board of Directors for a not-for-profit community center - The Reilly House, serves as Secretary-Treasurer. 2006 Member of the Hospital Board of Directors at Centre de sante et de services sociaux de Memphremagog. 1995-2001 Served as President of SNC Group Inc. Employees Pension Committee.

Experience: Started Woodstream Nurseries 41 years in business. W.N.Y. Nurserymen's Association President, Buffalo Executive Accociation President, Probus President, Buffalo Launch Club Board, U. of Buffalo Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Board, and Medical Management Services Advisory Board.
